SIAM PARAGON BANGKOK WATCH WEEK 2026: OPENING CEREMONY
A Night Celebrating Watch Culture
A Global Horological Moment in the Heart of
Bangkok
Bringing Together Founders and Executives from
More Than 45 Leading International Watch Brands Alongside Collectors and Watch
Communities from Across the Globe
BANGKOK, September 23, 2026 – Siam Paragon, a Global Landmark and Global Luxury Destination recognized by both Thai and international visitors, further reinforces Bangkok’s position on the international horological calendar with the exclusive “SIAM PARAGON BANGKOK WATCH WEEK 2026: OPENING CEREMONY.” The event brought together founders, executives, and distinguished figures from more than 45 leading global watch brands, alongside industry experts, collectors, and watch communities from around the world, to celebrate the watch culture and mark a global horological moment in the heart of Bangkok. The Opening Ceremony took place on 23 September 2026 at Art Jewel, 5 Floor, Siam Paragon while the Siam Paragon Bangkok Watch Week 2026 runs from 22-27 September 2026 at Siam paragon.
The night welcomed distinguished executives and leading figures from the
global watchmaking industry, including Mr. Georges Kern (CEO, House of
Brands), Mr. Nicholas Rudaz (CEO, Franck Muller), Mr. Jean-Philippe
Bonneau (CMO, Roger Dubuis), Mr. Gregory Bruttin (Managing Director,
Universal Genève), Mr. Tobias Küffer (Vice President, NORQAIN), Mr. Damien
Licciardi (Managing Director, Cartier), Mr. Cole Pennington (TUDOR),
Mr. Takeshi Sakamoto (Vice President, Grand Seiko), Mr. Pierre
Guerrier (Watchmaking Expert, Piaget),
Mr. Stéphane Pichavant (CCO, Bremont), and Mr. Kevin To (Gerald
Charles). The evening was also honored by the presence of Ms. Aurélie Streit,
Vice President of FHH (Fondation Haute Horlogerie), a leading global
organization dedicated to Haute Horlogerie. Senior executives of Siam Piwat,
including Ms. Mayuree Chaipromprasith, Ms. Caroline Murphy, and Ms.
Thanaporn Tantiyanon, warmly welcomed the distinguished guests.
In
collaboration with key partners including the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT),
UOB Thailand, Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok, and Chatrium Grand
Bangkok, the special evening brought Thailand’s cultural
heritage into dialogue with the pulse of modern Bangkok through “One Moment”—an
experience that moves beyond the image of a watch to invite people to
experience time through light, art, movement, music, and Thai identity.
Art Jewel on the
5th Floor of Siam Paragon was transformed into an immersive
setting featuring visual art by Thai artists Apichart Thitiwongworasakul, Niam
Mawornkanong, and Tat Nattee, brought together with the artistry of Joe Louis Thai Puppet Theatre, an electric ranad
performance, and live jazz infused with Thai-inspired melodies. Together, these
elements created a seamless dialogue between the past, present, and future,
reflecting how time brings cultures and generations of people together. In this
way, Siam
Paragon Bangkok Watch Week becomes more than a watch event—it
becomes a moment where the world of watchmaking meets art, culture, and the
pulse of Bangkok.
Now in its
second consecutive year, “Siam Paragon Bangkok Watch Week 2026” brings
together more than 45 leading global watch brands to celebrate the culture of
watchmaking, reinforcing Bangkok as a destination for brands, executives,
collectors, and watch communities from around the world. Participating brands
include A. LANGE & SÖHNE, AMIDA, BEHRENS, BIANCHET,

Global and Southeast Asian Debuts of
New Timepieces
One
of the defining highlights of Siam Paragon Bangkok Watch Week 2026 is
its role as a platform for the global and regional debuts of significant
timepieces and collections from leading international brands. More than 45 leading watch brands are bringing
over 200 Novelties, valued at several hundred million baht, to Thailand
for presentation at the event.
Among the highlights, Roger Dubuis is unveiling its “Knights of the Round Table” collection to the world for the first time at the event. Meanwhile, Oris, the independent Swiss watch brand from Hölstein with more than 120 years of watchmaking experience, is introducing the “Bangkok Limited Edition,” a special Aquis timepiece created exclusively for Thailand and inspired by the golden hues of Bangkok at sunset and the architectural character of the metropolis. Universal Genève is also making its debut in Southeast Asia at the event for the first time. Together, these launches reflect Bangkok’s role as a platform connecting the heritage of watchmaking with the future and the region’s growing watch community.
At “The Exhibition,” visitors can also discover the latest timepieces, limited editions, masterpieces, complication watches, rare pieces, and exceptional collections. A key highlight is a timepiece from Breguet, created to commemorate the 225th anniversary of the Tourbillon, showcasing the Maison’s legacy of innovation and expertise in sophisticated mechanical watchmaking.
·
The Symposium:
Connecting the World of Watchmaking with People
Across the six-day event, The Symposium presents 18
sessions bringing together global executives, creatives, experts, and
influential figures from the watch industry to share stories, perspectives, and
insights. The program spans topics ranging from “The Breitling Journey” with
Georges Kern to the heritage and innovation of the Tourbillon with
Emmanuel Breguet, as well as the Watch Collector Symposium, created
especially for the collector community. In addition, Fondation Haute
Horlogerie (FHH) joins The Symposium with
an exclusive program designed to connect knowledge, craftsmanship, heritage,
and the future of Haute Horlogerie with
broader audiences, further deepening appreciation and understanding of
the art and culture of fine watchmaking.

space showcasing distinctive watchmaking experiences and innovations from
participating brands. The program also features the official launch of the “FHH
Academy Lounge” by Fondation Haute Horlogerie, marking its first official
introduction in Southeast Asia. The initiative gives collectors, brand
executives, industry experts, and watch enthusiasts the opportunity to deepen
