ธนาคารกรุงเทพ แจ้งปิดปรับปรุงระบบชั่วคราว

เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการให้บริการลูกค้า

ธนาคารกรุงเทพ จำกัด (มหาชน) ขออภัยในความไม่สะดวก กรณีขอปิดปรับปรุงระบบงานชั่วคราว เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการบริการให้ดียิ่งขึ้น ในเช้าวันอาทิตย์ที่ 18 ตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2569 เวลา 02.00 น. – 09.00 น. ซึ่งจะส่งผลให้ไม่สามารถใช้บริการในวันและเวลาที่กำหนดได้ ดังนี้

ตั้งแต่เวลา 02.00 น. – 09.00 น.

• บริการธุรกรรมทุกประเภท ผ่านช่องทางโมบายแบงก์กิ้ง ธนาคารกรุงเทพ (Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking)

ตั้งแต่เวลา 03.00 น. – 07.00 น.

• บริการธุรกรรมทุกประเภท ผ่านช่องทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ต่าง ๆ ของธนาคารกรุงเทพ
• บริการฝากเงินและถอนเงิน ผ่านตัวแทนธนาคาร (Banking Agent)
• บัตรเครดิต บัตรเดบิต และบัตรเติมเงินของธนาคารกรุงเทพ ไม่สามารถใช้บริการถอนเงินสด โอนเงิน จากเครื่องเอทีเอ็มธนาคาร ของทุกธนาคารทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ
• บัตรเครดิต และ บัตรเดบิต ของธนาคารกรุงเทพ ไม่สามารถชำระค่าสินค้าและบริการทางอินเทอร์เน็ต และเครื่องรูดบัตร (EDC) ของทุกธนาคารทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ
• บัตรทราเวลของธนาคารกรุงเทพ ไม่สามารถใช้บริการชำระค่าสินค้าและบริการทางอินเตอร์เน็ต บริการผ่านเครื่องรูดบัตร (EDC) ร้านค้าต่างธนาคาร ทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ
• บริการโอนเงินจากต่างธนาคารทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศเข้าหมายเลขพร้อมเพย์ที่ผูกบัญชีธนาคารกรุงเทพ
• บริการโอนเงินและฝากเงินจากต่างธนาคารเข้าบัญชีธนาคารกรุงเทพ
• บริการชำระค่าสินค้าและบริการให้กับร้านค้าของธนาคารกรุงเทพ

Bangkok Bank announces temporary closure of services for system maintenance

to enhance service efficiency

Bangkok Bank wishes to apologize for any inconvenience caused by its planned temporary closure of services for system maintenance to enhance service efficiency. The Bank will conduct system maintenance on Sunday, October 18, 2026, from 02:00 a.m. to 09:00 a.m. (ICT). Customers of Bangkok Bank and other banks will be unable to access certain Bangkok Bank services during the periods indicated below:

From 02:00 a.m. to 09:00 a.m. (ICT)

• All transactions on Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking.

From 03:00 a.m. to 07:00 a.m. (ICT)

• All transactions via Bangkok Bank electronic channels.
• Cash deposit and withdrawal services through Banking Agents.
• Bangkok Bank credit cards, debit cards and prepaid cards will be unavailable for cash withdrawals and fund transfers via ATMs of all banks in Thailand and overseas.
• Bangkok Bank credit cards and debit cards will be unavailable for payments for goods and services via online channels and EDC machines of all banks in Thailand and overseas.
• Bangkok Bank Travel Card will be unavailable for payments for goods and services via online channels and EDC machines of other banks in Thailand and overseas.
• Fund transfers from other domestic and overseas banks to PromptPay numbers linked to Bangkok Bank accounts.
• Fund transfers and cash deposit services from other banks to Bangkok Bank accounts.
• Payments for goods and services to Bangkok Bank merchants.
